This series conventional heavy-duty horizontal lathe, it suitable for high speed steel hard alloy cutting tool, various materials shaft parts, cylindrical and disk-shaped parts processing. To achieve turning cylindrical, face grooving, cutting slot, cutting off, boring and turning inside and outside the cone and other processes

The main structure of machine tool
1. Lathe bed
The bed is the foundation of the machine parts; its stiffness directly influences the whole machine work performance and working accuracy. The machine bed is made of resin sand molding, high grade cast iron casting, has good appearance and strength, in the structure aspirant board layout is reasonable, excellent resistance to section distortion ability, cavity using the sealing sand structure, increases the whole bed resistance, effectively improve the vibration resistance of machine tool, clearance hole arranged on the bottom of the machine tool, its has a good chip removal capability.This lathe bed mechanical and finite element method analysis, the experimental results show that with high stiffness and strength. Lathe bed guide face width is 1600 mm, guide face width size large, processing of large scale rotary work piece, with good resistance to overturn performance. Lathe bed adopts rectangle three guide orientation, and for the longitudinal movement of the apron and tailstock.
2. Headstock
Headstock is the whole box structure, it makes movement of DC speed regulating motor entering headstock through flexible coupling, and manipulates sliding change gear through hydraulic oil cylinder, which can realize three gears stepless speed regulating spindle speed. Main transmission lines uses advanced and high-low separated two transmission line, economically and effectively extends range of spindle speed regulating Rn. The main transmission system has advantage of big output torque, little power loss, large variable speed range, etc. In short, this spindle box has full function, good adaptability and many other advantages. The spindle supporting selection of typical two supporting structure,
spindle bearing used with high-precision spindle bearings, through the double row short cylindrical roller bearings, ball bearings and plane single short cylindrical roller bearing of the effective combination,make main shaft systemhas the best stiffness and carrying capacity. Span of spindle achieves theoptimal state after many finite element method analysis, modification and argumentation.
3. Tailstock
Tailstock is up and down fission structure, the down part drive by P = 1.5KW motor, move speed is 3000 mm/min. Some parts, such as electromotor, worm gear and worm, gear rack, which mutually transmit to move on the lathe bed. The worm gear and worm has the function of stop and
reverse, tailstock guide rail adopts microcomputer electrical lubrication pump station to realize self lubrication. The upper part of tailstock is equipped with spindle electronic force measure device. The tailstock sleeve moves by machinery motor. The spindle nose of tailstock sleeve is braced against high precision double row radial roller bearing, it is the same with spindle structure, and has high rigidity. The back of sleeve spindle is equipped with disc spring which prevent to damage mechanism due to workpiece thermal expansion.
4. Carriage and Toolpost
Their main functions is to use for finishing various kinds of feed working by making main spindle as frame of reference. In order to effectively prevent the longitudinal crawling of big carriage feed, carriage guide rail uses the method which stick plastic soft belts with high performance. They adequately absorb the advanced technology at home and abroad in vertical and horizontal branch structure design, thereby improve the reliability of machine tool.
5,Sliding Box
The main functions of sliding box is to transform the movement from rotation of light bar to linear motion of tool post (namely turning tool), and realize conversion of various kinds of feedrate. By manipulating the front dextral handlebar of sliding box, it can easily
achieve vertical and horizontal feed move and fast move of lathe tool. In order to reliably realize the distribution of general feed and rapid move,specially equipped with interlocking system device in the sliding box.
6,Feed Box
The major function of feed box is to realize the connection between spindle box and the light bar of feed, and reduction of transmission speed. The main part mainly is equipped with gear mechanism.
