The vertical lathe is ideally suited for the mechanical processing sector, capable of handling tasks such as internal and external cylinder machining, conical surface work, and face cutting.

This machine series is versatile, catering to various industrial parts manufacturing needs. It facilitates operations like cylindrical turning, boring, tapering, surfacing, and grooving, both in roughing and finishing stages.

Equipped with a high-precision thrust ball bearing table, it ensures smooth operation. The machine also incorporates a rolling guideway (or slipping guideway), enhancing its performance. The spindle radial utilizes an NN30 type double-row cylindrical roller bearing, boosting rotational accuracy and load capacity. A pentagonal turret is fitted on the rail head, while a square turret adorns the side head, both featuring hydraulic balancing. Horizontal and vertical movements are driven by rolling lead screw bearings, ensuring precise control.

Electrically, the machine is governed by a PC system, promising high reliability. Its aesthetically pleasing design not only pleases the eye but also eases maintenance and servicing. Special requirements can be met with additional features such as side head attachments, digital controls, and taper turning capabilities.
